Audits are rarely lost on the standard of the ship. They are lost on the hour it takes to find the record that proves the ship was maintained. Full Ahead Maritime holds the proof against the job or certificate it belongs to — attached by the person doing the work, not captured automatically — and assembles it into an evidence pack the auditor can read without an account.
1. Filter
Pick the vessel, the period and the convention — ISM, ISPS, SOLAS, MARPOL, FuelEU or a class survey. The platform pulls only the records in scope for that sample.
2. Review
You review the filtered set and see what is thin: a certificate near expiry, a job closed with nothing attached, a drill with no attendance, a bunker without a proof of sustainability. The reviewing is yours; the filtering is ours.
3. Export
A printable, branded pack plus a flat CSV index. Every line carries the source record, its author and its timestamp, so a sampled item can be traced back in one click.
4. Share read-only
Issue an expiring verifier link instead of emailing a 300 MB zip. The verifier raises findings in the portal and you answer them in the same thread.

The verifier portal
The EU MRV and FuelEU Maritime verification cycle brings verifier site visits. Instead of hosting a verifier in the office for a day of folder archaeology, issue a scoped, expiring, read-only link: monitoring plan, voyage records, checklist status, certificates and the evidence index for that vessel and period — nothing else. Findings are raised and answered inside the portal, and the whole exchange is logged.
What is an audit evidence pack?
A single, filtered bundle of the records an auditor or verifier asks for: certificates and their validity, planned maintenance history for the sampled equipment, drill and inspection records, non-conformity close-outs, bunker delivery notes and the emissions figures derived from them — each with the date, the person and the source record attached.
How long does the pack take to produce?
Filter by vessel, period and convention, review, then export. The pack is assembled from records already entered, instead of pulling files from ship folders, email threads and shared drives before an ISM audit or an EU MRV site visit. We have not timed it against a real audit.
Can the auditor open it without an account?
Yes. The verifier portal issues an expiring, read-only link scoped to one vessel and one period. The verifier sees the pack and can raise findings; they see nothing else in your workspace, and you can revoke the link at any time.
Is the evidence tamper-proof?
Records are appended, never silently overwritten. Each entry is hash-chained into the ledger so any later edit is visible as a new, attributed version — which is exactly the assurance an auditor wants when a record was created months before the audit.
Which audits does it cover?
ISM internal and external audits, ISPS verifications, SOLAS and MARPOL statutory surveys, class surveys, Port State Control preparation, SIRE 2.0 and RightShip inspections, and the EU MRV / FuelEU Maritime verification site visits.
Does it work offline?
Yes. The pack is assembled on board in the browser from cached records, so an inspector standing in the ECR sees the evidence with the antenna blanked. The workspace syncs when the link returns.

When planned maintenance moves: what should the record preserve?
