Proof, not adjectives
Evidence you can audit, on the same three pillars we sell.
Ship management software is bought on trust and renewed on numbers. Full Ahead Maritime publishes the method behind every claim: the KPIs each pillar is measured on, the standing of every figure we show, the scoreboard our own predictions are graded against — and, below, what we have withdrawn and why.
The maintenance evidence libraryWhat each pillar is measured on
These are the metrics we agree with a fleet at kick-off and review at 90 days. If they do not move, the platform has not earned its subscription.
Predictive PMS
- Unplanned stoppage hours per vessel per quarter
- Median warning lead time before a critical job
- Critical spares below minimum at any moment
- Overdue running-hour jobs at any moment
Audit-ready compliance
- Audit readiness score per vessel (0–100)
- Certificates expiring inside 30 days with no action owner
- Evidence retrieval time during a boarding
- PSC deficiencies per inspection, before vs after
Human factor
- Fatigue-risk exposure hours flagged before the watch
- High-attention-load jobs re-timed away from risk windows
- Rest-hour non-conformity rate
- Near-miss reports filed per vessel per month
Limit · the fatigue and attention engine is built and running, but it has only been exercised on one workspace on a single day. These are the metrics it will report, not metrics it has yet reported across fleets.
How value is demonstrated
Cost of your current process
Every figure on that page is one you entered yourself, multiplied by nothing we invented. It prints what your current way of working costs per year and stops — no efficiency assumption, no saving, no comparison to our price.
Open the cost calculatorSelf-scoring predictions
The calibration engine compares each prediction to the outcome that followed and records hit rate, lead time and false-alarm rate per vessel. Its present standing: too few outcomes have resolved for any of those rates to mean anything, and where outcomes have resolved they were misses — the engine has already tightened two thresholds and pushed lead time out by a week on samples of three and four. It adjusts on small numbers rather than waiting, and we would rather say so than claim a restraint it does not exercise. Rule 3 on this page cuts both ways — when there is a rate worth publishing, the misses go up with the hits.
How the feedback loop worksBenchmarks you can run yourself
The Maritime Digital Maturity Index scores your operation against a published rubric — eight dimensions, their weights and every behaviour anchor printed on the page, so you can reproduce the result by hand. It runs entirely in your browser: nothing is submitted, stored or compared against anyone else. Free, no account, no sales call attached.
Run the maturity indexWhere every figure stands — including the ones we withdrew
This site used to run on three efficiency assumptions, none of them measured on a customer fleet and two of them pricing an event that never happened. On 31 August 2026 all three were withdrawn rather than requalified, and the row recording that stays here permanently. What remains is stated with its standing. When a founding operator produces a measured result, this table changes and the source is named.
Cost of your current process (/roi)
His own figuresArithmetic on figures the reader enters himself: admin hours × 52 × his own loaded hourly rate, plus the licence fees he already pays. No industry rate, no risk weighting, no efficiency assumption, and no comparison to our price.
What the record shows (in-product)
Counted, not pricedCounts of records held in the customer's own workspace over a stated window — work closed on time, certificates flagged for renewal, evidence attached, items still open. No euro value is placed on any of it.
WITHDRAWN — the three unevidenced figures (admin-time reduction, halved regulatory exposure, per-event cost)
Withdrawn 31 Aug 2026All three were founder estimates or planning figures presented as substantiation. Two of them priced an avoided event, which we cannot observe and therefore cannot claim. They have been removed from the calculator, the product and this page rather than requalified. This row stays visible so nobody has to take our word for the deletion.
Nothing on this site presents these as measured outcomes, and no case study, testimonial or percentage improvement is attributed to a customer who has not authorised it.
How a reference is earned
We do not publish anonymous quotes. A reference appears on this site only when a named operator has reviewed the wording and authorised it, with the vessel count and the measured result stated plainly. Until a reference is authorised, this section says so.
Any operator named on this page has given written permission for it.
There is no separate reference programme
A reference is not a second scheme you apply to. It is the later stage of one relationship: an operator joins the founding fleet, uses the platform on a real vessel, and — only if he sees value — agrees to be named. The terms are the founding-fleet terms, unchanged:
Founding fleet. Forty percent off your first twelve months, for being an early operator. After that, your tier's published price on the day you joined, held for three years. We ask one thing in return: tell us plainly how it fits your operation. No obligation to continue, and we name no customer publicly without permission.
What a founding operator may later agree to: a written 90-day baseline of the KPIs above, agreed before go-live, and a co-authored case study published only with his sign-off. Neither is a condition of joining, and no customer is named without written permission.
Our evidence rules
- 1No invented testimonials, ratings, logos or certifications — ever.
- 2Every figure states its assumption and its source, on the same screen.
- 3Model performance is published including misses, not only hits.
- 4Comparisons with other systems cite published, checkable facts only.
- 5Any claim a fleet cannot reproduce on its own data is removed.
