What the price buys
One home for the work, not another module
You are not paying for another module. You are replacing the fragmented job of chasing maintenance, statutory work and the decisions around them with one place to review what is due, what has been raised, and what your people decided.
Budget-owner line: This belongs with technical because it is a tool for managing maintenance and statutory work, not an IT infrastructure purchase.
Why another system when I already have a PMS, a spreadsheet and a superintendent?
Because those three are not one system — they are three places and one person's memory. The PMS holds jobs, a spreadsheet holds certificates, and what was actually decided about an overdue item usually lives in a superintendent's head or an email. This replaces that split with one place that shows what is due, what has been raised, and what the responsible human decided — and keeps the decisions after the person who made them moves on. It is not an extra layer on top of the three; it is where the three stop being separate.
Why this costs less than a legacy suite — and what that does not mean
We publish our prices; most fleet suites are quoted on application, so we will not state theirs as fact. What we can state is our own cost structure — a lower price here is a cost-structure difference, not a capability discount.
No implementation project
You configure the fleet yourself; there is no implementation project to buy, so there is no consulting line in the price. Limit · no customer has yet configured a fleet from scratch, so we publish no setup time.

Built by the user, not for a buyer
Built by a Chief Engineer serving long as Technical Superintendent — scoped to what technical managers actually need for ISM, PSC, FuelEU and PMS, and nothing they never open.
What every tier includes, in full: predictive PMS, the statutory certificate register, drills tracked as jobs inside the maintenance register (a separate drills module does not exist, and drills appear once the statutory register is generated for a vessel), an audit-ready evidence library, EU ETS and FuelEU reporting, a tamper-evident maintenance ledger, and offline working — the app installs and fleet data already synced stays readable with no connection; work entered offline is held on the device for sending when a link returns. Limit · the send-on-reconnect path is still being proven and has not been exercised at sea by a customer. Nothing is reserved to a higher tier: the tiers differ by fleet size and support depth only, and the entitlement code holds no capability behind a plan.
