What this number is, and is not
It is arithmetic on figures you entered: hours × weeks × your loaded rate, plus what you already pay in licences. It is not a saving, not a forecast, and not a claim about what any software would return. We have not measured this on a customer fleet, because we do not yet have one to measure. What the number is worth to your business is your judgement, not ours. The substantiation note sets out what we can and cannot evidence.
