Founding fleet: forty percent off the first year, in exchange for the truth
I am looking for independent ship managers and owner-operators running one to ten vessels to use Full Ahead Maritime on their own fleet for a month and tell me, in detail, where it falls short. Not a pilot with a procurement process — a working relationship between people who have both run machinery and both survived an ISM audit.
Who this is for
One to ten vessels
Below the point where BASSnet, AMOS or Navigator make commercial sense, and past the point where the spreadsheet register is still honest. That is the whole wedge, and it is deliberately the only fleet size this programme is open to.
A technical person who will argue with me
A superintendent, chief engineer, DPA or technical manager who has stood a watch or run an audit and will say plainly what is wrong. The negative feedback is the reason these terms exist.
Willing to be quoted — later, and only if it worked
No testimonial is asked for up front and none is written for you. At the end of the month, if the platform earned it, you put two or three sentences to your own name — or to an anonymised fleet description if that is easier internally.

What I ask for
- Three thirty-minute feedback sessions: after setup, at week two, at week four.
- Honest answers on what you would not pay for.
- A usable testimonial once you have seen value — your wording, your approval, removable at any time.
- Where you are willing, a short case study with one real before/after number you are comfortable publishing.

Frequently asked questions
- What do founding-fleet terms cost?
- Forty percent off your first twelve months on any tier. After that it is your tier's published price on the day you joined, held for three years, with no lock-in and cancellation at any time. If you decide it is not worth continuing, you stop — the feedback still counts and nothing further is owed.
- What if I give feedback but never want to be quoted?
- Then you are not quoted. Approval is in writing and covers the exact wording; an anonymised attribution such as "technical superintendent, six-vessel bulk fleet" is equally acceptable, and any published quote is removed on request.
- Is my fleet data used in marketing?
- No. Operational data is never used in marketing material without a separate, explicit written consent, and case-study numbers are published only in the form you approve.
- Who runs the programme?
- Georgios Zografos — Chief Engineer and serving Technical Superintendent, with over 35 years hands-on at sea and in shore managerial positions. You deal with the person who wrote the maintenance logic, not an account manager.
