Inspection checklists you can run before arrival
The PSC, enclosed-space and vetting checklists are free tools on this site, structured the way an inspector moves through the ship. They run in the browser and print for the vessel's file. They are not yet a module inside the workspace, so ticks are not stored against the vessel record.
Evidence library, filed against ship and job
Photographs, scans and reports upload into the evidence library and attach to the vessel, the maintenance job or the certificate they belong to, with who uploaded them and when. Capture is per document, not per checklist question.
Findings tracked as work, with a tamper-evident record
An observation is raised as a maintenance job with an owner, a due date and evidence of rectification, and every state change is written to an append-only audit log. There is no separate inspection-findings register yet — the job is the record.
Readiness score before arrival
A single 0-100 figure computed across overdue critical maintenance, certificate validity, evidence coverage and condition scoring, with the weighting shown, so you can see where the vessel stands days before the inspector boards.
One-click survey and vetting pack
Register, open maintenance, statutory certificates, condition scoring and risk exported as a single branded PDF at the moment it is requested.
Offline where the work happens
Jobs closed, spares issued and requisitions raised at sea are held on board in order and upload themselves on reconnect. Uploading a photograph still needs a link — the queue covers the maintenance flow, not file transfer.
